Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.
Cancellation stops future billing, but does not trigger a refund unless your request falls within the 30-day guarantee.
Team and organisation subscriptions can be managed by the designated account owner. For help managing your plan, please contact us.
If you experience access issues or technical problems, please contact our team before requesting a refund. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
