agriIQ includes an AI-powered assistant called Dale. Dale is designed to help professionals interpret agricultural conditions data. Dale's responses are generated by AI and are based on agriIQ platform data.

Dale's responses are for professional reference only. They do not constitute financial advice, credit assessments, or recommendations about specific lending decisions, farm businesses or borrowers.

Conversations with Dale may be logged for the purposes of quality improvement, rate limiting, and platform security. Logs do not include personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide it.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend or modify access to Dale at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The agriIQ platform, including its design, scoring methodology, AI prompt architecture, and original written content, is owned by High Impact Group Pty Ltd and protected by Australian copyright law.

Underlying government data displayed on the platform is sourced under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licences from the relevant agencies. Attribution requirements of those licences apply.

You may share and reference agriIQ content with appropriate attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the platform for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Privacy

agriIQ collects minimal personal information. If you submit your email address to receive updates or access specific features, your email is stored securely and used only for the purpose for which it was provided.
