1. About agriIQ

agriIQ (accessible at agriiq.com.au) is operated by High Impact Group Pty Ltd (ACN to be inserted), a company registered in Queensland, Australia.

agriIQ is a publicly available agricultural intelligence platform that aggregates, scores and interprets open data from Australian government sources including ABARES, the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM), the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA), the Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF), and the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS).

The platform is provided free of charge. High Impact Group Pty Ltd is not affiliated with any government agency, political party, or financial institution.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using agriIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

3. Not Financial Advice

agriIQ does not provide financial advice, investment advice, credit advice, or any other form of professional advice regulated under Australian law.

Nothing on this platform — including scores, narratives, AI-generated analysis, commodity outlooks, lending indicators, or responses from the Dale AI assistant — constitutes financial advice, credit assessment, or a recommendation to take any particular action.

You should always seek advice from a qualified financial adviser, accountant, credit provider, or other relevant professional before making any financial, lending, or business decision.

4. Nature of the Data

agriIQ sources data from publicly available Australian government datasets. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy and currency, but we make no warranty — express or implied — that the data is:

• Accurate, complete or up to date at any given time
• Free from errors, omissions or inaccuracies in source data
• Suitable for any particular purpose
• Reflective of conditions at any specific farm, business or location

Data on this platform is updated automatically from government sources. Update frequency varies by data type — refer to the Data Status page for current refresh information.

AI-generated content (including narratives, outlooks, commodity analysis and Dale's responses) is produced by large language models and may contain errors, omissions or misinterpretations. All AI-generated content is clearly labelled as such. You should verify AI-generated analysis against primary sources before relying on it.

5. Permitted Use

You may use agriIQ for lawful purposes including:

• Professional reference and research by agri-lenders, financial counsellors, accountants and advisers
• General information and education about Australian agricultural conditions
• Journalism, research and policy analysis with appropriate attribution
• Personal use and general interest

Attribution to agriIQ and High Impact Group Pty Ltd is appreciated when our data or analysis is referenced publicly.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use agriIQ to:

• Scrape, copy or reproduce substantial portions of the platform's content or data for commercial resale without written permission
• Misrepresent agriIQ data or analysis as your own proprietary research without attribution
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disable or circumvent any technical systems on the platform
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable Australian law
• Use the Dale AI assistant to attempt to obtain personal financial advice or to circumvent these terms
• Submit false, misleading or harmful content through any platform feature including email capture or feedback forms

7. The Dale AI Assistant

agriIQ includes an AI-powered assistant called Dale. Dale is designed to help professionals interpret agricultural conditions data. Dale's responses are generated by AI and are based on agriIQ platform data.

Dale's responses are for professional reference only. They do not constitute financial advice, credit assessments, or recommendations about specific lending decisions, farm businesses or borrowers.

Conversations with Dale may be logged for the purposes of quality improvement, rate limiting, and platform security. Logs do not include personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide it.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend or modify access to Dale at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The agriIQ platform, including its design, scoring methodology, AI prompt architecture, and original written content, is owned by High Impact Group Pty Ltd and protected by Australian copyright law.

Underlying government data displayed on the platform is sourced under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licences from the relevant agencies. Attribution requirements of those licences apply.

You may share and reference agriIQ content with appropriate attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the platform for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Privacy

agriIQ collects minimal personal information. If you submit your email address to receive updates or access specific features, your email is stored securely and used only for the purpose for which it was provided.

We do not sell, share or disclose your personal information to third parties except where required by law.

The platform uses analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. No personally identifiable tracking is used.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, High Impact Group Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of agriIQ, including but not limited to:

• Reliance on any data, score, narrative or AI-generated analysis on the platform
• Any financial, lending or business decision made using platform data
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in source data or AI-generated content
• Interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the platform
• Any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of use

Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the relevant service or the cost of having the service supplied again.

11. Availability and Changes

agriIQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the platform at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from your use of agriIQ will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
