Dale's responses are for professional reference only. They do not constitute financial advice, credit assessments, or recommendations about specific lending decisions, farm businesses or borrowers.
For standard users, Dale conversations are processed in real-time and are not stored on agriIQ servers. For Enterprise users, conversations are logged server-side in the Dale Audit Trail for compliance and quality purposes. These logs include conversation content linked to your user account. Rate limit counters are maintained for all users.
We reserve the right to limit, suspend or modify access to Dale at any time.
The agriIQ platform, including its design, scoring methodology, AI prompt architecture, and original written content, is owned by High Impact Group Pty Ltd and protected by Australian copyright law.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled before your next billing date. You can cancel at any time via your account dashboard.
